Abstract (en)

1. Method for producing a concrete block comprising an insert (20) consisting in using first (12) and second (14) mold shells which have complementary cavities (16, 18) representing the final shape of said block, said mold shells comprising recesses (28, 30, 32, 29, 31, 33) designed to receive those parts of the insert which are intended to project from the concrete block, said mold shells being so produced as to exhibit at least a superficial elasticity and to apply closely and under pressure against those parts of the insert which are received in said recesses, characterized in that at least one of the mold shells is produced by molding polystyrene foam, wherefrom said shell inherently exhibits said superficial elasticity, and in that a protective film is applied inside the mold cavities, and before casting the concrete, said film forming a supple pouch in plastic material equipped on the inside with anchoring lugs.

L'invention propose un procédé de fabrication d'un bloc en béton comportant un insert, dans lequel on utilise une première (12) et une deuxième (14) coquilles de moule présentant des cavités complémentaires (16, 18) de la forme du bloc, les coquilles comportant des réservations (28, 30, 32) destinées à recevoir les parties d'insert (22, 24, 26) qui doivent dépasser du bloc, les coquilles sont réalisées en une matière présentant une élasticité au moins superficielle de manière à s'appliquer intimement et sous contrainte de pression contre les parties d'insert (22, 24, 26) reçues dans les réservations (28,30,32). Grâce à ces dispositions, aucune trace de béton ne peut s'infiitrer entre les coquilles de moule et l'insert à ce niveau là.
