To manufacture the socket (11), a blank (31) is stamped out of a flat spring metal sheet and is subsequently rolled into a tube. In the centre region, the blank comprises a plurality of webs (42), located parallel to one another and separated by holes (41). The webs (42) of this centre part are pressed inwards by rotation of the adjacent cylindrical regions (15, 17) and now form an elastically deformable, neck-shaped constriction (19) into which a non-sprung pin can be inserted to produce an electrical contact. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zur Herstellung der Steckerbuchse (11) wird ein Schnittteil (31) aus einem ebenen Federblech gestanzt und dieses anschliessend zu einem Tubus gerollt. Das Schnittteil umfasst in einem mittleren Bereich mehrere parallel liegende, durch Löcher (41) getrennte Stege (42). Die Stege (42) dieses mittleren Teils werden durch Verdrehen der angrenzenden zylindrischen Bereiche (15, 17) nach innen gedrückt und bilden nun eine elastisch verformbare, halsförmige Verengung (19), in die ein nichtfedernder Stift zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Kontaktes einsteckbar ist.
