[origin: WO8701207A1] A logic analyzer employs a phase locked loop (47, 49, 51, 53, etc.) adapted to be driven by a clock signal from a system under test in order to generate a sampling clock (45) that is synchronized in time relationship therewith and a selectable integer multiple in frequency thereof. The time relationship of the system and sampling clocks is controllable.

Un dispositif d'analyse logique utilise une boucle à phase verrouillée (47, 49, 51, 53, etc) adaptée pour être entraînée par un signal d'horloge provenant d'un système en cours de test de manière à produire un signal d'horloge d'échantillonage (45) qui est synchronisé avec lui dans le temps et un nombre entier sélectionnable qui est un multiple de sa fréquence. La relation temporelle du système et les signaux d'horloge d'échantillonage peuvent être commandés.
