1. Contrivance to carry out dwell treatments within wet-treatment processes where the fabric webs are guided through the dwell treatment through an enclosure with floor elements forming a through between conveying devices located below and above the fabric webs, deposited in crimps on the conveying devices below and above the fabric webs, characterized by the fact that the floor elements (12) of the enclosure (11) and the conveying devices (13, 16) located within the enclosure are formed or positioned respectively to give a V-shape in the direction of passage of the fabric web (10), with the conveying device below the fabric web (13) being a screen belt (14) in the first side of the V-shaped guide system, and a roller passage (15) in the second side of the V-shaped guide system, and the conveying device (16) above the fabric web being a screen belt, of which the lower part facing the fabric web is guided correspondingly in a V-shape.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung von Verweilbehandlungen innerhalb von Naßbehandlungsprozessen, bei der die Warenbahnen in Falten auf Fördereinrichtungen aufliegend durch die Verweilbehandlung geführt werden und bezweckt die Schaffung einer universell einsetzbaren Verweilvorrichtung mit der nicht nur das Vorquellen im Einlauf einer Drucknachwaschanlage bei Warenbehandlung mit kalter Flotte, sondern auch eine Verweilbehandlung wie z.B. Seifen im zweiten Drittel einer Farb- und Drucknachbehandlungsanlage bei Warenbehandlung mit heißer Flotte möglich ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, in einem Gehäuse mit in Durchlaufrichtung der Warenbahn V-förmigen, eine Wanne bildenden Bodenteilen (12) ebenfalls V-förmig ausgebildete bzw. angeordnete Fördereinrichtungen für die Warenbahn anzuordnen, wobei die unterhalb der Warenbahn befindliche Fördereinrichtung im Einlaufschenkel als Siebband (14) und im Auslaufschenkel der V-förmigen Führung als Rollengang (15) ausge bildet ist und die oberhalb der Warenbahn befindliche Fördereinrichtung ein Siebband ist, dessen unterer der Warenbahn zugewandter Teil entsprechend V-förmig geführt ist.
