Abstract (en)
The front sheet (38') of a paper web (34) provided with transverse perforations (37') is separated along a separation line (T), which runs adjacently to and at a small distance from a transverse perforation (37'). The paper strip (40) formed in this way is coated with adhesive. Then, the one end of another paper web is applied to this paper strip (40) provided with an adhesive coating (42), without the transverse perforation (37') being covered. The two paper webs are thus spliced together while leaving free the transverse perforation (37'). This makes it possible for the spliced material webs to be folded or separated along this transverse perforation (37'), without leading to difficulties. The "fold memory" created by a prior prefolding at the transverse perforation (37') is maintained. <IMAGE>

Das vorderste Blatt 38' einer mit Querperforationen (37') versehenen Papierbahn (34) wird entlang einer Trennlinie (T) abgetrennt, welche benachbart zu und in einem geringen Abstand von einer Querperforation (37') verläuft. Auf den auf diese Weise gebildeten Papierstreifen (40) wird Klebstoff aufgetragen. Anschliessend wird das eine Ende einer anderen Papierbahn auf diesen mit einem Klebstoffauftrag (42) versehenen Papierstreifen (40) aufgelegt, ohne dass die Querperforation (37') überdeckt wird. Die beiden Papierbahnen sind somit miteinander unter Freilassung der Querperforation (37') verbunden. Dies erlaubt es, die miteinanderverbundenen Materialbahnen entlang dieser Querperforation (37') zu falten oder zu trennen, ohne dass dies zu Schwierigkeiten führt. Das durch eine vorangehende Vorfalzung an der Querperforation (37') geschaffene "Falzgedächtnis" bleibt erhalten.
