Werkzeug-Spindel (14), welche von Hand in eine kombinierte Vorschub- und Drehbewegung versetzt werden kann, die von einer an ihrer Mantelfläche (15) eingreifenden, um eine in radialer Richtung zur Spindel verlaufenden Achse dreheinstellbaren Rolle (16) bestimmt ist, und die eine Einstellvorrichtung (58) für das Einstellen der jeweiligen Winkellage der Spindel aufweist, wobei die Rolle in Richtung ihrer Einstellachse über eine erste elektromagnetische Betätigungsvorrichtung (B1) in Richtung ihrer Einstellachse gegenüber eine Federkraft kraftschlüssig in Anlage mit der Spindel gehalten und in Abhängigkeit der axialen Vorschubstellung der Spindel auslösbar ist, und wobei die Einstellvorrichtung für die Winkellage der Spindel eine federnd in einer die Spindel freigebenden Lage gehaltene, von Hand auslösbare, zweite elektromagnetische Betätigungsvorrichtung (B2) ist, die in eine die Spindel arretierende Stellung bewegbar ist.
