The invention relates to a device for changing the blowing head and/or the blowing plate and for removing the residual sand from the blowing head of a core and shell mould shooting machine and consists of a cantilever pivotable about a vertical axis and having a built-on lifting unit with two bearings and a mechanical turnover drive with a turnover coupling for receiving and rotating the blowing head connected to the blowing plate about a theoretical horizontal axis. The blowing head is equipped with two bearing journals for engagement in the bearings and with a coupling piece. The device according to the invention considerably improves the workflow of a core and shell mould shooting machine as regards the changing of the blowing head and/or of the blowing plate, with simultaneous emptying of the residual sand.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Wechseln der Schußhaube (10) und/oder der Düsenplatte (2) und zum Entfernen des Restsandes aus der Schußhaube an Kern- und Maskenschießmaschinen und besteht aus einem um eine vertikale Achse (14) schwenkbaren Ausleger (4) mit einem aufgebauten Hubaggregat (5) mit zwei Lagerstellen (6) und einem mechanischen Wendetrieb (7) mit Wendekupplung (8) zur Aufnahme und zum Drehen der mit der Düsenplatte verbundenen Schußhaube um eine theoretische horizontale Achse. Die Schußhaube ist mit zwei Lagerzapfen (11) für den Eingriff in die Lagerstellen (6) und einem Kupplungsstück (12) ausgestattet. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung wird der Arbeitsablauf an einer Kern- und Maskenschießmaschine inbezug auf den Wechsel der Schußhaube und/oder der Düsenplatte in wesentlicher Weise unter gleichzeitiger Entleerung des Restsandes verbessert.
