Process and apparatus for separating longitudinal reinforcing strips from slabs based on hydraulic binder, especially made of cement fibres, in the fresh state. The invention relates to an apparatus making it possible to extract as desired, without incompatibility with the cycle of the production machine, the longitudinal strips included in the mass of a fresh slab (3) deemed to be defective. In the region of an extraction apparatus (4) arranged downstream of a slab production machine, the strips (6) are grasped mechanically in their middle, stripped off from the matrix by successive lifts and tears and then shifted upwards to a sufficient distance from the middle of the slab, where they are subsequently extracted completely from the matrix and then discharged to the side by any suitable means. <IMAGE>

Procédé et dispositif de séparation de feuillards d'armature longitudinale dans des plaques à base de liant hydraulique, notamment en fibres-ciment, à l'état frais. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'extraire à volonté et sans incompatibilité avec le cycle de la machine de fabrication, les feuillards longitudinaux inclus dans la masse d'une plaque fraîche (3) jugée défectueuse. Au niveau d'un dispositif d'extraction (4) disposé en aval d'une machine de fabrication de plaques, les feuillards (6) sont saisis mécaniquement par leur milieu, déchaussés par soulèvements et arrachements successifs de la matrice, puis translatés vers le haut jusqu'à une distance suffisante du milieu de la plaque, où ils sont ensuite complètement extraits de la matrice puis évacués sur le côté par tout moyen approprié.
