It comprises a diode bridge (D) associated with a thyristor (Th) and a resistor (R), first means with a resistor R2, a capacitor (C2) in parallel with a Zener diode for disabling the gate transistor (T) after a specified period following the impedance drop caused by operating the push-button, and second means comprising a capacitor (C1) in parallel with the terminals of the bridge (D) for returning the whole to the conductive state. <IMAGE>
