[origin: JPS6414351A] PURPOSE: To surely start the winding of a cloth onto a cloth beam by performing special operations using a winding beam and a pressing device. CONSTITUTION: When cutting a cloth 510 of a continuous length and starting the winding of one end thereof onto a cloth beam 51, the cloth 510 of the continuous length is wound around a winding beam 70, brought into contact with the cloth beam 51 and the winding beam 70 is then rotated around the cloth beam 51 to a prescribed position to cut the cloth 510 with a cutter 10. The cut end of the cloth 510 is pressed to the cloth beam 51 just after the cutting with a pressing device 11 to rotate the cloth beam 51 while moving the winding beam 70 around the cloth beam 51 in the opposite direction. The pressing of the pressing device 11 is continued until at least the top surface of the cut piece of the cloth 510 is covered with the cloth 510 connecting to the cut piece.

Abstract (de)

In einem Transportgerät (102) für eine Weberei wird nach Entnahme des Warenbaums aus einer Webmaschine (500) das Gewebe (510) mittels eines Anwickelbaums (70) in einer Schlaufe über einen neuen Warenbaum (51) gelegt. Anschliessend wird das Gewebe durch eine Schneidvorrichtung (10) abgeschnitten und mittels einer Tuchfaltvorrichtung (11) an den Umfang des neuen Warenbaums (51) angepresst. Mit Hilfe der Tuchfaltvorrichtung und des an sie angepressten Anwickelbaums (70) wird der Gewebeabschnitt (510) zwischen der Webmaschine (500a) und dem neuen Warenbaum (51) so an den neuen Warenbaum (51) herangeführt, dass das Anwickeln des Gewebes (510) nach dem Abschneiden auch bei glatten Geweben sicher und ohne Rutschen des Gewebes auf dem Warenbaum (51) erfolgt.
