[origin: JPS6433241A] PURPOSE: To equalize warp tension irrespective of the heddle position by placing each deflecting member for guiding each warp toward heddles on each plate spring and fluctuating the plate springs through the motion of cams synchronously rotating with shedding motion to change each passageway length of each warp. CONSTITUTION: The purpose is achieved by heddling warps 5 from a warp beam 4 to heddle-eyes 41 through a deflecting roller 31 and deflecting members 37, by fluctuating plate springs 34, the one free end of which is brought into contact with a holding rail 48, through lands of cams 47 fixed on a spirally rotating camshaft 42 and located above the springs 34 to move the members 37 up and down in combination with the shedding motion of a shuttle path 8 so as to change the passageway length of the warp from the member 37 to the position shown by the sign 8b, to compensate tension fluctuation and to equalize warp tension irrespective of the position of a heddle 7.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Ausgleich von Kettfadenspannungsschwankungen bei der Fachbildung bei mehrsystemigen Flachwebmaschinen weist auf dem Fadenlaufweg zwischen dem Kettbaum und den Fachbildungsmitteln angeordnete, beweglich gelagerte Umlenkmittel für die Kettfäden auf. Diese Umlenkmittel sind durch eine Anzahl einzelner, unabhängig voneinander beweglich gelagerter Umlenkelemente (37) gebildet, von denen jedes einen einzelnen Kettfaden (5) oder eine Gruppe benachbarter Kettfäden führt. Außerdem sind die Umlenkelemente (37) mit Steuermitteln (42) gekuppelt, die ihrerseits mit den Fachbildungsmitteln (7) zwangsläufig synchronisiert sind und die den Umlenkelementen eine einen Spannungsausgleich der jeweiligen Kettfäden bei der Fachbildung bewirkende begrenzte Bewegung erteilen.
