Abstract (en)
In a rivet setting tool for setting blind rivets, with a conveying channel which extends rearwards through the head of the implement from the mouthpiece and is intended for carrying away the mandrels which have been torn off, with an axial feed device which can be actuated for the upsetting operation and comprises a cylinder-piston arrangement consisting of a pneumatic piston and a hydraulic piston, and with a compressed-air supply arrangement for actuating the feed device and discharging the mandrels which have been torn off, an actuating member (27) can be moved into two operating positions. In the first operating position, it opens a conveying-channel valve (34, 44) which introduces compressed air into the conveying channel for the purpose of sucking up the rivet and, in the second operating position, opens a pneumatic-piston valve (43) for actuating the feed device (9). <IMAGE>

Bei einem Nietsetzwerkzeug zum Setzen von Blindnieten mit einem vom Mundstück durch den Gerätekopf nach hinten sich erstreckenden Förderkanal zum Abführen der abgerissenen Nietstifte, mit einer für den Stauchvorgang betätigbaren, axialen Vorschubeinrichtung, die eine aus einem Pneumatikkolben und einem Hydraulikkolben bestehende Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnung umfaßt, und mit einer Druckluftzuführeinrichtung zum Betätigen ver Vorschubeinrichtung und zum Ausfördern der abgerissenen Stifte ist ein Betätigungsglied (27) in zwei Betriebsstellungen bewegbar, öffnet in erster Betriebsstellung ein Förderkanalventil (34, 44), daß Druckluft zum Ansaugen des Niets in den Förderkanal einführt, und öffnet in zweiter Betriebsstellung ein Pneumatikkolbenventil (43) zur Betätigung der Vorschubeinrichtung (9).
