Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH01153438A] PURPOSE: To effectively press a piece of packaging material to the whole area of the bale by placing the piece of packaging material between the fiber material and a press ram on which the leaf springs are fastened, automatically detaching the piece of packaging material from the press ram by withdrawing a press box after the compressing in the press box, and lowering the press box again. CONSTITUTION: A piece of packaging material 5 is placed between a fiber material 2 and a press ram 3, a peripheral edge of the piece of packaging material 5 is folded upward by pressing the press ram 3 into the press box marginal zones 1, and the peripheral edge area of the packaging material is pressed outward from the press ram 3 by the leaf springs 6 after the press box marginal zones 1 are withdrawn. When the press box marginal zones 1 are lowered again, the upward peripheral edge area of the piece of packaing material 5 is grasped to be folded downward to the whole area of the produced bale 4, whereby the packaging condition free from the defect can be obtained.

Das auf die Oberseite des zu verpressenden Fasermaterials gelegte Verpackungsmaterialstück (5) weißt rundum überstehende Randbereiche auf, die nach dem Preßvorgang vom Preßstempel (3) gelöst und an den Ballen gelegt werden müssen. Zum selbsttätigen Lösen der Folie vom Preßstempel sind dazu Blattfedern (6) an den Seitenflächen des Preßstempels befestigt, die nach dem Abziehen des Preßkastenmantels (1) diese Randbereiche vom Preßstempel abdrücken. Anschließend verfährt der oberhalb stehende Preßkastenmantel erneut zum Ballen nach unten, und zwar nur bis zum oberen Rand, wobei die nach oben am Ballen abstehenden Randbereiche der Folie gleichmäßig an den Ballen gelegt werden.
