[origin: JPH01111049A] PURPOSE: To install a thread-guide mechanism in a thread feeding arm by disposing the thread-guide mechanism in front of a thread-restraining plate without forming a gap and preventing an acute-angled part from forming in an outer edge of the thread-restraining plate so that the threads are not caught thereby. CONSTITUTION: This thread feeding device is composing thread-guiding eyelets 15, 16 and 17 as bores in fins of a star-shaped guide piece 20 installed without forming a gap in front of a thread-restraining plate 21 and the outer edge of the thread-restraining plate 21 is free of acute-angled parts. Thereby, thread loops are prevented from wrapping around the thread guide eyelets 15-17 and the threads and thread loops are prevented from sticking to the thread- restraining plate 21 and made to slide off from the edge thereof.

Bei dem Fadenführerarm (11) sind die oberhalb des Fadenführernüßchens (12) angeordneten Fadenleitorgane (15-17) in einem Fadenleitstern (20) ausgebildet, der unmittelbar vor einem Fadenabhalteschild (21) angeordnet, vorzugsweise einstückig mit ihm ausgebildet ist. Der Fadenabhalteschild (21) hat einen glatten Außenrand, der keine spitzen Winkel aufweist, und die freiliegenden Ränder des Fadenleitsternes (20) sind abgerundet oder abgeschrägt, so daß sich am Fadenleitstern und dem Fadenabhalteschild keine Fäden verfangen können.
