Abstract (en)
During sheet printing, a three-colour offset printing machine produces colour measurement bars with a plurality colour measurement fields. A grey screen field (52) produced by the superimposition of three colours serves as the reference field, the colour location of which is compared in a colour separation computer (68) with the colour location of an associated nominal reference field (51). From the colour separation, a layer thickness modification computer (71) calculates a layer thickness modification control vector with the aid of a sensitivity matrix (74) calculated by a matrix computer (73) on the basis of a linear model. In addition, the matrix computer (73) evaluates a series of adjacent fields which comprise three single- colour screen fields, three single-colour full tone fields, three two- colour full tone fields and one three-colour full tone field. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Dreifarben-Offset-Druckmaschine erzeugt beim Bedrucken von Druckbögen Farbmeßstreifen mit mehreren Farbmeßfeldern. Ein graues durch Übereinanderdrucken von drei Farben erzeugtes Rasterfeld (52) dient als Bezugsfeld, dessen Farbort in einem Farbabstandsrechner (68) mit dem Farbort eines zugeordneten Soll-Bezugsfelds (51) vergleichen wird. Aus dem Farbabstand berechnet ein Schichtdickenänderungsrechner (71) einen Schichtdickenänderungssteuervektor mit Hilfe einer auf der Grundlage eines linearen Modells von einem Matrixrechner (73) berechneten Sensitivitätsmatrix (74). Der Matrixrechner (73) wertet dazu eine Reihe von Nebenfeldern aus, die drei Einfarbenrasterfelder, drei Einfarbenvolltonfelder, drei Zweifarbenvolltonfelder und ein Dreifarbenvolltonfeld umfassen.
