The end faces of two adjacent segments are in each case formed in such a way that the gap present between these does not exceed a predetermined maximum value during the swivelling of the segments. The construction according to the invention with a two-part segment shell and a plastic supporting strip which bears a seal and is in each case arranged on the end faces of the segments permits the use of an efficient manufacturing process, the hollow space of the segments preferably being filled with a PUR foam system. <IMAGE>
