Abstract (en)
The instant tying of longitudinal parts by means of portable pliers. The device comprises an upper nose piece 3 which can move in translation and a groove for holding the bars to be tied formed by a fixed lower nose piece 2 and a guide 4 for the upper nose piece in the form of a fork. The mobile nose piece 3 is stressed by a spring 29 in the direction of the lower nose piece 2 and its end is provided with a gripping hook 16, such a roller connecting two spaced sheets, such that, the free end of the tying wire passing through the opening of the hook of the mobile nose piece, the wire is shaped into a loop around the bars to be tied 12, following their grouped perimeter exactly. It allows the tying of packets of bars, the packets being of varying volumes, because the binding works without preforming the wire into a loop using a template of fixed dimensions. <IMAGE>

Ligature instantanée des pièces longitudinales au moyen de pinces portables. Le dispositif comprend un bec supérieur 3 mobile en translation et une gorge pour le calage des barres à lier formée par un bec inférieur fixe 2 et un guide 4 du bec supérieur en forme de fourche. Le bec mobile 3 est sollicité au moyen d'un ressort 29 en direction du bec inférieur 2 et son extrémité est munie d'un crochet de préhension 16, tel un galet reliant deux tôles espacées, de sorte que, l'extrémité libre du fil de ligature passant dans l'ouverture du crochet du bec mobile, le fil soit conformé en boucle autour de barres à lier 12 en suivant exactement leur périmètre groupé. Il permet la ligature des paquets de volume varié de barres, car le cerclage s'opère sans le préformage du fil en boucle à l'aide d'un gabarit de dimensions fixes.
