[origin: EP0332548A1] Stabilised generator included within a MOS integrated circuit in order to deliver a bias voltage to a first comparator (1) connected to a first inverter (2) intended to deliver a voltage equal to a MOS transistor (M) threshold voltage when the input voltages thereof are identical, including a second comparator (11) whose inputs are together connected to a reference voltage and a second inverter (12), which are identical to the first ones, and a third inverter (13) receiving the output from the second one and whose output (14) is connected to the bias inputs of the comparators (1, 11), this third inverter being rated so that its threshold voltage is identical with that of an MOS transistor. <IMAGE>
