Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a method for making stop cross tapes of textile fabrics with or without coating(s) from plastics or elastomers on one or both sides of end connections of slide fasteners. The essential factor of this invention is that the stop cross tapes are formed in each case by incision into the coated or uncoated fabric panel (1) which constitutes the end connection or its reinforcement; folding the panel strips (3a, b), which were produced by incision on the side of the fabric panel (1) facing the slide fastener chain, in a direction which is rotated in each case by 90 DEG relative to its original positions; and attaching the panel strips (3a, b), thus folded, parallel to the slide fastener chain directly next to the tape fold (10) on the side, opposite the slide fastener chain, of the two backing tapes (8a, b) of the slide fastener. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Querzugriegeln aus textilen Geweben mit oder ohne Beschichtung(en) aus Kunststoffen oder Elastomeren auf einer oder beiden Seiten an Reißverschluß-Endverbindungen. Das Wesentliche an dieser Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Querzugriegel jeweils gebildet wird durch Einschneiden der beschichteten oder unbeschichteten Gewebeplatte (1), welche die Endverbindung oder deren Verstärkung darstellt; Falten der durch Einschneiden auf der der Reißverschlußkette zugewendeten Seite der Gewebeplatte (1) entstandenen Plattenstreifen (3a, b) in eine Richtung, welche jeweils um 90<o> zu ihren ursprünglichen Lagen verdreht ist; und Befestigung der so gefalteten Plattenstreifen (3a, b) parallel zur Reißverschlußkette unmittelbar neben der Bandfalte (10) auf der der Reißverschlußkette gegenüberliegenden Seite der beiden Tragbänder (8a, b) des Reißverschlusses.
