Abstract (en)
There are disclosed water-dispersible compositions having a cleaning action when they are used at a 3-5% concentration and a protective action when they are used at a concentration of 40% or higher. Said compositions are especially useful in forming steel sheets. Also disclosed is a process for their preparation. The composition consists of four components: 1) The reaction product of an ester of phosphoric acid and an amine 2) The reaction product of two carboxylic acids with an alkanolamine. 3) water 4) a co-solvent. r
