[origin: FR2620065A1] Automatic machine (10) for processing mechanical parts, composed essentially of a frame (11) on which are mounted a delivery device (12) designed, for example, to move the nuts to be machined and threaded towards a central machining unit (13) and two lateral threading units positioned on each side of said unit (13). The nuts supplied by a slide (16) are manipulated by a handling arm (17) and brought into position in the central machining unit (13). A clamping chuck (56) holds them in place during this operation. A transversely moving slide bar (57) then distributes them alternately to the right-hand lateral threading unit and to the left-hand lateral threading unit. This machine is particularly advantageous since it enables a very precise threading to be achieved, perpendicular to the plane surface of the nuts.

La présente invention concerne une machine de traitement automatique de pièces de mécanique. La machine (10) se compose essentiellement d'un bâti (11) sur lequel sont montés un dispositif d'alimentation (12) conçu par exemple pour amener des écrous à usiner et à tarauder vers une unité centrale d'usinage (13) et deux unités latérales de taraudage disposées de part et d'autre de l'unité centrale d'usinage (13). Les écrous amenés par une glissière (16) sont pris en charge par un bras manipulateur (17) et amenés en position dans l'unité centrale d'usinage (13). Un mandrin de serrage (56) les maintient pendant cette opération. Par la suite, un coulisseau (57) à déplacement transversal les distribue alternativement à l'unité latérale droite de taraudage et à l'unité latérale gauche de taraudage. Cette machine est particulièrement avantageuse, en ce qu'elle permet d'effectuer un taraudage très précis, perpendiculaire à la surface plane des écrous.
