[origin: JPH0292523A] PURPOSE: To develop a production process with simplified assembly operations by moulding a dome of plastics, and producing and using a preassembled component sealingly fixed on to the upper end of a skirt forming a blank for a bag. CONSTITUTION: A component (dome + skirt) 1 is produced by moulding and used for producing a bag-type dispenser. The lower end 9 of a skirt 4 is closed by welding in an arc configuration, the end 9 being folded over in a doubled semicircular form 10 and further pinched over a height of 6 mm by welding. That arrangement gives a welded end 12 of a bag 13, of a curved configuration, which does not involve any difficulty in introducing it into a casing 11. After welding, the weld 12 is cropped by about 2 mm, thus removing its excess length at its external unwelded end.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication et de conditionnement d'un distributeur à poche comprenant un boîtier surmonté d'un dôme (2) une poche souple étanche (4) fixée dans ce boîtier et des moyens de distribution raccordés de façon étanche audit dôme (2) et à ladite poche (4) caractérisé en ce que, avant toute autre opération d'assemblage et de conditionnement, on réalise par moulage un dême (2) en matière plastique comportant une tubulure intérieure (5) permettant sa fixation étanche sur l'extrémité supérieure d'une jupe (4) formant l'ébauche de la poche, puis on réalise cette fixation, obtenant ainsi une pièce préassemblée (dôme + jupe) (1), le dôme (2) comportant en outre des portions de fixation (6,7) respectivement sur l'extrémité supérieure du boîtier et aux moyens de distribution. L' invention a aussi pour objet les sous-ensembles et les distributeurs à poche obtenus. L'invention s'applique dans des domaines pharmaceutique, cosmétologique, hygiénique et alimentaire.
