In this connection, there is a spraying position, an adjacent venting position upon partial relief of the return spring (15) and a closed position when there is maximum relief of the return spring (15), the control slider (13) being situated, in the latter position, in its uppermost position which projects the furthest from the passage (61). <IMAGE>
