Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a parallelepipedal prefabricated construction module (11) intended to group together and to contain an assembly of machines (3, 5) and to form, by the assembling of identical modules (11), a portion of an industrial building. The module (11) comprises: - a framework (10) formed from tubular elements (12, 13, 14, 18), - machines (3, 5) located inside, - at least two solid faces, one forming the floor (23), the other forming the roof (25) and possibly one or more solid lateral walls (91), - one or more totally free lateral faces (31, 33), - one or more industrial fluid networks (35, 37, 39), having at an outer end (E) free connections (45, 47, 49) located opposite and substantially in the plane (P1, P3) of the lateral faces (31, 33). The invention is particularly advantageously applied to turnkey manufacture and production for the export of complex industrial units. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un module parallélépipédique (11) de construction préfabriquée, destiné à réunir et contenir un ensemble de machines (3, 5), et à constituer par assemblage de modules (11) identiques une partie d'un édifice industriel. Le module (11) comporte : - une ossature (10) formée d'éléments tubulaires (12, 13, 14, 18), - des machines (3, 5) situées à l'intérieur, - au moins deux faces pleines l'une formant sol (23), l'autre formant toit (25) et éventuellement une ou plusieurs parois latérales pleines (91), - une ou plusieurs faces latérales (31, 33) totalement libres, - un ou plusieurs réseaux de fluides industriels (35, 37, 39) présentant à une extrémité extérieure (E) des raccords libres (45, 47, 49) situés en ragard et sensiblement dans le plan (P1, P3) des faces latérales (31, 33). L'invention trouve une application particulièrement avantageuse pour la réalisation et la fabrication clé en main de l'exportation d'unités industrielles complexes.
