A stamped knitting tool for textile machines, particularly for knitting machines, has a shank (7) with at least one foot (8) and at least two guide parts (12) which are continuous from the shank top edge (10) to the shank bottom edge (11) and one of which is arranged underneath a foot. The two guide parts are connected to one another by means of a narrow web (16) on the shank top edge and on the shank bottom edge, at least one of the two webs having a height of at most 1.1 mm, and the two webs, together with the guide parts assigned to them, limiting a respective recess, in the shank, designed as a free space (15) and filled with a vibration-damping material (17) connected firmly to the shank. At the same time, at least one web is severed completely by a transverse slot (18) extending transversely relative to the longitudinal axis of the shank. <IMAGE>

Ein gestanztes Strickwerkzeug für Textilmaschinen, insbesondere Strick- und Wirkmaschinen, weist einen Schaft (7) mit wenigstens einem Fuß (8) und zumindest zwei von der Schaftoberkante (10) zur Schaftunterkannte (11) durchgehenden Führungsteilen (12) auf, von denen eines unterhalb eines Fußes angeordnet ist. Die beiden Führungsteile sind duch je einen schmalen Steg (16) an der Schaftoberkante und an der Schaftunterkante miteinander verbunden, wobei zumindest einer der beiden Stege eine Höhe von höchstens 1,1 mm hat und durch beide Stege gemeinsam mit den diesen zugeordneten Führungsteilen jeweils eines als Freiraum (15) ausgebildete Aussparung in dem Schaft begrenzt ist, die mit einem schwingungsdämpfenden Material (17) gefüllt ist, das fest mit dem Schaft verbunden ist. Dabei ist wenigstens ein Steg durch einen quer zu der Schaftlängsachse verlaufenden Querschlitz (18) vollständig durchtrennt.
