Abstract (en)
A device for applying an adhesive film, which adheres to a carrier band wound up into a roll before the adhesive film is applied, comprises an application means (23; 123) by means of which the adhesive film (3; 103) is removed from the carrier band (4; 104) as it moves past. A return spool (11; 111) serves for receiving the carrier band (4; 104) after it has passed the application means (23; 123), a kinematic connection (13; 113) being present between the return spool (11; 111) and the carrier-band roll (7; 107). The device (1) for applying the adhesive film is distinguished by the fact that the unwound return spool (11; 111) has a diameter which is at least as large as the greatest possible diameter of the carrier-band roll, that return spool (11; 111) and carrier-band roll (7; 107) are arranged on a common axis (9; 109) and that the kinematic connection is designed as a disc coupling (13; 113). Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Klebstoffilms, der an einem vor dem Auftragen des Klebstoffilms zu einem Wickel aufgerollten Trägerband anhaftet, weist eine Auftrageinrichtung (23;123) auf, mit der der Klebstoffilm (3;103) von dem sich vorbeibewegenden Trägerband (4;104) abgezogen wird. Eine Rückspule (11;111) dient zur Aufnahme des Trägerbands (4;104), nachdem es die Auftrageinrichtung (23;123) passiert hat, wobei zwischen der Rückspule (11;111) und dem Trägerbandwickel (7;107) eine getriebliche Verbindung (13;113) besteht. Die Vorrichtung (1) zum Auftragen des Klebstofffilms zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die unbewickelte Rückspule (11;111) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der mindestens so groß ist wie der größtmögliche Trägerbandwickeldurchmesser, daß Rückspule (11;111) und Trägerbandwickel (7;107) auf einer gemeinsamen Achse (9;109) angeordnet sind und daß die getriebliche Verbindung als Scheibenkupplung (13;113) ausgebildet ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Scheibenkupplung (13;113) als Magnetkupplung (19,21;119,121) ausgebildet.
