The installation has an adjustment station (B), in which the paper roll (8), arranged on a sliding platform (5), is firstly brought into a coarse adjustment position and subsequently into a fine adjustment position by means of positioning means (11, 14, 16, 18). The fine adjustment position of the paper roll (8) corresponds to the position of the receiving cones of the paper roll support, into which position the slide platform (5) is moved into the transfer point (A) after locking of the fine adjustment position. Due to the fact that the positioning of the paper roll (8) takes place in a separate adjustment station (B) and the alignment takes place by means of the paper roll core, the exact position of the core openings which is necessary for the reliable insertion of the receiving cones of the paper roll support can be guaranteed. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Anlage weist eine Einstellstation (B) auf, in welcher die auf einer Schiebebühne (5) angeordnete Papierrolle (8) zunächst in eine Grobeinstell-Lage und anschliessend in eine Feineinstell-Lage mittels Positioniermittel (11 , 14, 16, 18) gebracht wird. Die Feineinstell-Lage der Papierrolle (8) entspricht der Lage der Aufnahmekonen des Papierrollenträgers, in welche die Schiebebühne (5) nach Verriegeln der Feineinstell-Lage in die Uebergabestelle (A) verfahren wird. Dadurch, dass die Positionierung der Papierrolle (8) in einer separaten Einstellstation (B) und das Ausrichten mittels der Papierrollenhülse erfolgt, kann die für das zuverlässige Einfahren der Aufnahmekonen des Papierrollenträgers notwendige exakte Lage der Hülsenöffnungen gewährleistet werden.
