Abstract (en)
A process and a device for the manufacture of a carpet with knotted stitches, in which loops of velvet are knotted around at least one warp yarn (1, 2), each loop being knotted by means of a knotting gripper (49) around at least a first warp yarn. Before being knotted, the loop is cut; the first warp yarn (1) and a second warp yarn (2) adjacent to the first (1) are moved towards the loop, said first and second warp yarns being pushed apart from each other, the loop then being wound around the first and second warp yarns. The knotting gripper is then brought to a position between the first and second warp yarns, the ends of the loop being brought back to their initial position while said gripper knots the loop and feeds it to a weft yarn.

Procédé et dispositif de fabrication d'un tapis à points noués, où des brins de velours sont noués autour d'au moins un fil de cha ne (1,2), chaque brin est noué à l'aide d'une pince de nouage (49) autour d'au moins un premier fil de cha ne. Avant de nouer ledit brin, ce dernier est coupé et le premier fil de cha ne (1) et un deuxième fil de cha ne (2) adjacent au premier fil de cha ne sont déplacés vers le brin, les premier et deuxième fils de cha ne étant ensuite écartés l'un par rapport à l'autre et le brin est ensuite rabattu autour des premier et deuxième fils de cha ne, la pince de nouage étant alors amenée entre les premier et deuxième fils de cha ne et les extrémités dudit brin étant saisies, les fils de cha ne étant ensuite ramenés vers leur position de départ alors que la pince de nouage noue le brin et l'amène vers un fil de trame.
