The shaft (14) is mounted so as to be swivellable on the bearing part (12) of the stitching head (10). Seated so as not to rotate on said shaft is the ram (18) which can be swivelled through 180 DEG in the clockwise direction from the staple setting position (18') shown in the figure to receive a wire portion from a wire portion dispenser. The wire portion received by the ram (18) is formed on a block into a staple (28), the lateral arms (28") of which are guided in grooves of the ram arms (20). In the staple setting position (18'), the staple (28') is ejected from the ram (18) by means of the ejector (54). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Am Tragteil (12) des Heftkopfes (10) ist die Welle (14) schwenkbar gelagert. Auf dieser sitzt drehfest der Stempel (18), welcher zur Uebernahme eines Drahtabschnittes von einem Drahtabschnittspender aus der in der Figur gezeigten Klammersetzstellung (18') im Uhrzeigersinn um 180° verschwerkbar ist. Der vom Stempel (18) übernommene Drahtabschnitt wird an einer Kulisse zu einer Klammer (28) geformt, deren seitliche Arme (28") in Nuten der Stempelarme (20) geführt sind. In der Klammersetzstellung (18') wird die Klammer (28') mittels des Stössels (54) aus dem Stempel (18) ausgestossen.
