In yarn-processing stations, in which yarns are drawn off from two feed bobbins (6) slipped onto a bobbin adapter (5) and are processed, the problem of a residual winding remaining on the feed-bobbin tube (6') arises. Abstract (de)
Bei Fadenbearbeitungsstellen, bei denen von zwei auf einen Spulenadapter (5) aufgesteckten Vorlagespulen (6) Fäden abgezogen und verarbeitet werden, tritt das Problem einer auf der Vorlagespulenhülse (6') verbleibenen Restwicklung auf. Um diese Fadenrestwicklung zu beseitigen, ist die erfindungsgemäße Wartungs- und Bedienungsvorrichtung (B) mit einem schwenkbaren, auf und ab bewegbaren Greifer (22) zur Herausnahme des Spulenadapters (5) auf der Fadenbearbeitungsstelle, mindestens einem schwenkbar gelagerten Aufsteckdorn (100) für den Spulenadapter, einer schwenkbar gelagerten, auf und ab bewegbaren Schneideinrichtung (60) zum Durchtrennen einer auf einer Vorlagespulenhülse verbliebenen Restwicklung und mit einer schwenkbar gelagerten Absaugeinrichtung (23) zum Absaugen der durchtrennten Restwicklung versehen, um entsprechend dem erfindungsgemäßen Betriebsverfahren die Reinigung von noch Fadenreste enthaltenden Vorlagespulenhülsen (6') unmittelbar nach der Herausnahme der Vorlagespulenhülsen (6') aud der Fadenbearbeitungsstelle durchführen zu können.
