Method for producing needled, structured and patterned textile velour webs from fibre fleeces and textile fibre material by applying to a single- or multi-layered preneedled fibre fleece web at least one patterning ply of textile fibres, in particular staple fibres, which differ from the fibres of the carrier web in respect of colour and/or shape and/or material and/or fineness and/or orientation over the whole or part of the area, and finally subjecting this web to a further single- or else, if desired, multi-stage needling for the purpose of patterning or structuring, wherein the fibres applied to the carrier web are pressed through the web until visible on the underside of the web, the piles thereof lying essentially in the plane of the lower surface of the web.

Verfahren zum Herstellen genadelter, strukturierter und gemusterter textiler Velourbahnen aus Faservliesen und textilem Fasermaterial, bei welchem man auf eine ein- oder mehrlagige vorgenadelte Faservliesbahn wenigstens eine eine Musterung bewirkende Lage von textilen Fasern, insbesondere Stapelfasern, die sich von den Fasern der Trägerbahn hinsichtlich ihrer Farbe und/oder ihrer Form und/oder ihres Materials und/oder ihres Feinheitsgrades und/oder ihrer Orientierung unterscheiden, ganz- oder teilflachig aufbringt und schließlich diese Bahn zum Zwecke der Musterung bzw. Strukturierung einer weiteren ein- oder gegebenenfalls auch mehrstufigen Nadelung unterwirft, wobei die auf die Trägerbahn aufgebrachten Fasern bis zu ihrer Sichtbarkeit auf der Unterseite der Bahn durch diese hindurchgedrückt werden, wobei deren Pole im wesentlichen in der Ebene der unteren Oberfläche der Bahn zu liegen kommen.
