Abstract (de)
Bei der Fertigung von (Zigaretten-)Packungen aus Zuschnitten (10) aus dünnem Karton werden diese als Zuschnittstapel (15) angeliefert, vorwiegend in Behältern (Kartons 16). Zur mechanisierten, weitgehend selbsttätigen Förderung der Zuschnittstapel (15) zu den Verpackungsmaschinen, werden besonders ausgebildete Kassetten (32) eingesetzt, die zur Aufnahme des Inhalts eines Kartons (16) an Zuschnittstapel (15) ausgelegt sind. Die Kartons (16) werden mechanisch durch ein Schneidaggregat (39) unter Heraustrennen einer Seitenwand (30) geöffnet. Durch besondere Entnahmeaggregate (59) werden die Zuschnittstapel (15) über die offene Kartonseite herausgezogen und unmittelbar in einer benachbarten Kassette (32) abgelegt. Durch die zentrale Entleerung der Kartons (16) und den mechanisierten Transport der Zuschnittstapel (15) durch besondere, betriebsgebundene Kassetten (32) ergibt sich ein mechanisierter Transportkreislauf für das Verpackungsmaterial.
