Abstract (en)
What is described is a spinning installation equipped with a suspended transport system (3) which has rails (11) for transporting to and away bobbins (7) for at least one spinning machine (2). Conventional spinning installations use spinning machines, especially ring spinning machines, with a creel, in which there are the bobbin locations on which the full bobbins have to be suspended during the spinning operation. Since the creels of different ring spinning machines have different dimensions, during each exchange of a ring spinning machine the associated suspended transport system also has to be constructionally adapted. To avoid this, it is proposed, according to the invention, to provide creel-free spinnning machines (2) and to arrange the creel devices, especially the bobbin locations (SP), on the suspended transport system (3). <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Spinnereianlage mit einem Hängefördersystem (3) beschrieben, das Schienen (11) zum Zu- und Wegfördern von Spulen (7) für mindestens einer Spinnmaschine (2) aufweist. Bei herkömmlichen Spinnereianlagen werden Spinnmaschinen, insbesondere Ringspinnmaschinen, mit einem Gatter verwendet, in dem die Spulenplätze vorgesehen sind, auf denen die vollen Spulen während des Abspinnens hängen müssen. Da die Gatter verschiedener Ringspinnmaschinen verschieden dimensioniert sind, muß bei jedem Austausch einer Ringspinnmaschine auch das zugeordnete Hängefördersystem konstruktiv angepaßt werden. Um dies zu vermeiden, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, gatterlose Spinnmaschinen (2) vorzusehen und die Gattereinrichtungen, insbesondere die Spulenplätze (SP), am Hängefördersystem (3) anzuordnen.
