Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a pressing station for foil blanks to be applied around the neck and the top of bottles. The pressing station consists of a transport star (7) with receiving places (8) arranged on its periphery for the bottles (2), and of a support (13) arranged above the star, with pressure elements (14, 15) arranged on its periphery. Of the respectively circular paths of the receiving places (8) and of the pressure elements (14, 15), that of the pressure elements (14, 15) is smaller in diameter and arranged inclined in relation to the receiving places (8) in such a manner that the lifting movement of the pressure elements (14, 15), which is necessary for the pressing process, results directly from the inclined circular path. At the same time, as a result of the inclination of the circular path which is smaller in diameter, its projection onto the circular path which is greater in diameter is enlarged and the desired adaptation of the circular paths is achieved. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Andrückstation für um den Hals und den Kopf von Flaschen gelegte Folienzuschnitte Die Andrückstation besteht aus einem Transportstern (7) mit an seinem Umfang angeordneten Aufnahmeplätzen (8) für die Flaschen (2) und aus einem darüber angeordneten Träger (13) mit an dessen Umfang angeordneten Andrückelementen (14,15). Von den jeweils kreisförmigen Umlaufbahnen der Aufnahmeplätze (8) und der Andrückelemente (14,15) ist die der Andrückelemente (14;15) im Durchmesser kleiner und gegenüber der der Aufnahmeplätze (8) derart geneigt angeordnet, daß die für den Andrückvorgang notwendige Hubbewegung der Andrückelemente (14,15) sich unmittelbar aus der geneigten Umlaufbahn ergibt. Gleichzeitig wird durch die Neigung der im Durchmesser kleineren Umlaufbahn deren Projektion auf die im Durchmesser größere Umlaufbahn vergrößert und die angestrebte Angleichung der Umlaufbahnen erreicht.
