Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a device for fitting out and retaining an assembly consisting of an ignition coil and spark plug in an engine cylinder head. This device is essentially characterised in that the cover (6) of the cylinder head (C) comprises at least one furrowed part forming a receptacle (7) for the ignition coil (1) which is held against an elastic material support (9) inside the receptacle (7) by a case or cowl (10) fixed (11) onto the cylinder head cover (6) and topping off the receptacle (7), this case or cowl (10) comprising ribs (12) coming into contact with the ignition coil (1). This device can be used for installing several ignition coil-spark plug assemblies in a four-cylinder engine cylinder head for example. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'aménagement et de maintien dans une culasse de moteur d'un ensemble constitué par une bobine d'allumage et une bougie. Ce dispositif est essentiellement caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (6) de la culasse (C) comporte au moins une partie défoncée formant réceptacle (7) pour la bobine d'allumage (1) qui est maintenue contre un support (9) en matériau élastique dans le réceptacle (7) par un carter ou chapeau (10) fixé (11) sur le couvercle (6) de culasse et coiffant le réceptacle (7), ce carter ou chapeau (10) comportant des nervures (12) venant en contact avec la bobine d'allumage (1). Ce dispositif peut être utilisé pour l'implantation de plusieurs ensembles bobine d'allumage-bougie dans une culasse de moteur à quatre cylindres par exemple. <IMAGE>
