Abstract (en)

In order to be able to adapt the profile of the grinding wheel to the optimum grinding slope angle using a universal dressing roll, the grinding arbour (1) with the grinding wheel (2) is mounted on a pivoting device which can be controlled via a computer program which determines the optimum grinding slope angle and the associated profile of the grinding wheel. The shaping of the profile of the grinding wheel is effected by a movement of the grinding wheel within the machine axes X and Z past the universal dressing roll which remains in the horizontal plane. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Um mit einer Universal-Abrichtrolle das Schleifscheibenprofil dem optimal anwendbaren Schleifsteigungswinkel anpassen zu können, ist vorgesehen, daß der Schleifdorn (1) mit der Schleifscheibe (2) auf einer Schwenkeinrichtung montiert ist, welche über ein den optimalen Schleifsteigungswinkel und das zugehörige Schleilfscheibenprofil ermittelndes Rechenprogramm steuerbar ist. Die Formgebung des Schleifscheibenprofiles erfolgt durch einen innerhalb der Maschinenachsen X und Z verlaufenden Bewegung der Schleifscheibe an der in horizontaler Ebene verbleibenden Universal-Abrichtrolle vorbei. <IMAGE>
