Abstract (en)
In hitherto customary methods, the steel surface sections have been provided with a corrosion-protection lacquer. This method had, under unfavourable conditions, e.g. with moist lightweight concrete, unsatisfactory results, especially with regard to the durability of the lacquer. To obtain permanent, satisfactory corrosion protection in steel surface sections of reinforced lightweight concrete elements, a shaped part (4) consisting of a sleeve which is closed on one side and is preferably made from a special steel, is pushed over the reinforcing-steel end (3) into the lightweight concrete element (5). As a result, a smooth-faced outer surface, on which the adhesion of a subsequent coat of paint, a coating (6) or the like is guaranteed, is obtained. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Nach bisher üblichen Methoden wurden die Stahl-Schnittflächen mit einem Korrosionsschutz-Lack versehen. Dieses Verfahren hatte unter ungünstigen Bedingungen, z.B. bei feuchtem Gasbeton, unbefriedigende Ergebnisse, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Haltbarkeit des Lackes. Um einen dauerhaften, einwandfreien Korrosionsschutz in Stahl-Schnittflächen von bewehrten Gasbeton-Bauteilen zu erzielen, wird ein Formteil (4) bestehend aus einer einseitig geschlossenen Hülse, vorzugsweise aus Edelstahl, über das Bewehrungsstahl-Ende (3) in das Gasbeton-Bauteil (5) eingedrückt. Hierdurch wird eine glattflächige äußere Oberfläche erzielt, auf der die Haftung eines späteren Farbanstrichs, einer Beschichtung (6) o.ä. gewährleistet ist. <IMAGE>
