[origin: DE4005323A1] The plant comprises a first crushing stage with a prim. mill (1) and a controllable input conveyor (8). Beyond the first stage is a second stage intended for prodn. of fine powder, and which incorporates a sec. mill (3) and a wind sifter (4) arranged in a rotary crushing system. In the wind sifter, crushed material is sepd. into fine and coarse quantities, the fine material being fed back to the sec. mill. A regulating device for the second stage, acts constantly on material coming from the first stage and the coarse material fed back to the second stage from the wind sifter. The first stage also functions as a rotary crushing system, incorporating a first wind sifter (2) to which is fed the total amt. of pre-crushed material (18) from the prim. mill (1). The wind sifters (2,4) in both cases are of the basket or dispersal plate type.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Mahlanlage zur Zerkleinerung von sprödem Mahlgut, wobei vorzerkleinertes Gut einer ersten Mahlstufe als Frischgut der zweiten Mühle (3) einer zweiten Mahlstufe zugeführt und aus dieser zweiten Mahlstufe Fertiggut abgezogen wird und wobei die Aufgabegutmenge dieser zweiten Mühle (3) bei sich ändernder Fertiggutmenge durch Änderung der Frischgutmenge konstantgeregelt wird. Diese erste Mahlstufe enthält einen Windsichter (2), aus dem das Feingut als Frischgut der zweiten Mühle (3) aufgegeben wird. Eine Änderung der Frischgutmenge für die zweite Mahlstufe wird dadurch konstantgeregelt, daß die Sichtfeinheit des Sichters (2) dieser ersten Mahlstufe entsprechend verändert wird. Hierdurch wird eine zuverlässige, feinfühlige Anpassung der Gesamtdurchsatzmenge der zweiten Mühle (3) bei sich änderndem Fertiggutabzug aus der zweiten Mahlstufe mit relativ einfachen Mitteln erreicht. <IMAGE>
