The invention relates to a labelling machine for containers, in particular bottles (1), to be closed by screw closures. For closure security, in the labelling machine a label is glued on, which is glued on with hot adhesive in the region of the closure (19) and with cold adhesive in the container region lying below. The application of the cold adhesive takes place in a conventional labelling station (12), leaving free the region provided for the hot adhesive, while the application of hot adhesive takes place directly onto the closure (19). Before hot adhesive is applied to the closure, it is checked on the transport path of the containers before the application location whether a container to be labelled is properly provided with a closure and whether a label removed properly from a label storage station (16) is available for transfer to the container. Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Etikettiermaschine für mit Schraubverschlüssen verschließbare Behälter, insbesondere Flaschen (1). Zur Verschlußsicherung wird in der Etikettiermaschine ein Etikett angeklebt, das im Bereich des Verschlusses (19) mit Heißleim und im darunterliegenden Behälterbereich mit Kaltleim angeklebt wird. Die Auftragung des Kaltleims erfolgt in einer herkömmlichen Etikettierstation (12) unter Aussparung des für den Heißleim vorgesehenen Bereichs, während der Auftrag von Heißleim unmittelbar auf den Verschluß (19) erfolgt. Bevor Heißleim auf den Verschluß aufgetragen wird, wird am Transportweg der Behälter vor dem Auftragungsort überprüft, ob ein zu etikettierendes Gefäß ordnungsgemäß mit einem Verschluß versehen ist und ob ein ordnungsgemäß einer Etikettenvorratsstation (16) entnommenes Etikett für die Übertragung auf das Gefäß zur Verfügung steht. Nur wenn mindestens eine, vorzugsweise aber beide Bedingungen, erfüllt sind, erfolgt die Übertragung von Heißleim auf den Verschluß. <IMAGE>
