[origin: WO9009909A1] A buckle for safety bels in vehicles comprising an outer body (32) and casing (10) with an opening for the service hook (2) which is retained in position by hooking member (3) that can rotate around hinge (8). When a force is applied to strap (1), the outer body (32) pushes the fluid in (35) through holes (36) in distribution member (28) which is fixed to the vehicle (34) by means of the central rod and nut (33). Supporting member (17) compresses spring (16) against pushing member (14) when the outer body is pulled up, and when no further force is applied to the strap (1) the spring (16) pushes supporting member (17) causing the fluid to pass through hole (37) since fluid check member (26) is now covering holes (36). This causes a delay in reaching the original dimensions and the release of hook (2) when push member (11) intercepts it again. A recording device (18) is provided that will be impressed by percussion member (14) causing a deformation that indicates the use of the seat belt and the speed of the vehicle.

Lors de l'application d'une force sur la courroie (1) de la ceinture, le corps extérieur (32) pousse le fluide (35) à travers des trous (36) jusqu'à un élément de répartition (8), qui est fixé au véhicule (34) au moyen d'une tige centrale et d'un écrou (33). L'élément de support (17) comprime un ressort (16) contre un élément pousseur (14), lorsque le corps extérieur est tiré vers le haut et, lors de la cessation de l'application de la force sur la courroie (1), le ressort (16) pousse l'élément de support (17), amenant ainsi le fluide à passer à travers le trou (37), dès lors que l'élément de contrôle de fluide (26) recouvre les trous (36), ce qui occasionne un retard avant que les dimensions d'origine soient atteintes, ainsi que la libération du crochet (2) lorsque l'élément pousseur (11) l'intercepte à nouveau.
