Um bei einer Eindruckmaschine mit wenigstens einem Druckwerk, das einen mit einer Zylindergrube (7) versehenen, mit Farbe auf den Bedruckstoff übertragenden Zylinder, vorzugsweise in Form eines Gummizylinders (4) , enthält, mit dem ein ebenfalls eine Zylindergrube (8), in der eine Greiferreihe (13) bildende Greifer angeordnet sind, aufweisender Gegendruckzylinder (5) zur Bildung eines Druckspalts (23) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Umfang des Gegendruckzylinders (5) vom Umfang des zur Bildung des Druckspalts (23) hiermit zusammenwirkenden Zylinders (4) einen von der Dicke der verarbeitbaren Produkte (1) abhängigen Abstand aufweist, auch steife bzw. wenig biegsame Produkte verarbeiten zu können, ist dem Gegendruckzylinder (5) eine in Laufrichtung der Produkte (1) neben dem Druckspalt (23) angeordnete, umlaufende Greiferkette (35) zugeordnet, die wenigstens eine Greiferreihe (36) aufweist, die mit der Greiferreihe (13) des Gegendruckzylinders (5) in Übernahmeeingriff bringbar ist und die zumindest auf einem an den Begegnungsbereich der Greifer sich anschließenden Abschnitt ihres Umlaufs mit Zylinderumfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibbar ist. <IMAGE>
