Abstract (en)
A controller capable of changing arbitrarily the order of address of a video memory (2) in a bit map display. The controller is provided with an address translator which writes translation data for the address for making access from a CPU (3) to the video memory (2) in accordance with the write content of the address in the order of a luster scanning generated by a display controller (1) and outputs the data as the conversion address for the address from the CPU (3) to the video memory (2).

Contrôleur capable de changer arbitrairement l'ordre d'adresses d'une mémoire vidéo (2) dans un affichage en mode point. Le contrôleur est doté d'un traducteur d'adresses inscrivant des données de traduction d'adresse afin d'obtenir un accès d'une unité centrale (3) à la mémoire vidéo (2) en fonction du contenu d'écriture de l'adresse selon l'ordre de balayage de brillance effectué par un contrôleur d'affichage (1), et transmettant les données sous forme d'adresse obtenue par conversion pour ladite adresse, de l'unité centrale (3) à la mémoire vidéo (2).
