Abstract (en)
The object of the invention is to develop a bobbin changing and transport system in such a way that a reliable and rapid changeover of cops (3) and tubes (4) between different transport systems and pallets (1, 2) can take place. This object is achieved, according to the invention, in that a mixing stage (17) for the two types of pallet (1, 2), in which the two types of pallet (1, 2) are arranged nested in one another, is provided. The mixing stage (17) is limited by two exits (18, 19) for pallet (2) specific to a particular spinning machine into the transport path for pallet (1) specific to a particular winding machine. Within this mixing stage (17), a changeover of the cops (3) and tubes (4) to the other particular type of pallet (1, 2) can take place in groups. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Spulenwechsel- und Transportsystem so weiterzubilden, daß ein sicheres und schnelles Umsetzen von Kopsen (3) und Hülsen (4) zwischen verschiedenen Transportsystemen und Paletten (1,2) erfolgen kann. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine Mischstrecke (17) beider Palettenarten (1,2) vorgesehen ist, in der beide Palettenarten (1,2) ineinander verschachtelt angeordnet werden. Die Mischstrecke (17) wird durch zwei Einmündungen (18,19) für spinnmaschinenspezifische Paletten (2) in den Transportweg für spulmaschinenspezifische Paletten (1) begrenzt. Innerhalb dieser Mischstrecke (17) kann ein Umsetzen der Kopse (3) und Hülsen (4) auf die jeweils andere Palettenart (1,2) gruppenweise erfolgen. <IMAGE>
