Abstract (en)
In this coach body the manufacturing costs can be lowered by means of prefabricated components designed in a unit-part fashion and the vehicle ground plan can be varied. For this purpose, groups of components formed from plastic are provided in each case with the same shape and dimensions. The individual groups comprise floor parts (1) in the form of the lower part of the coach body profile, sealing parts (2) in the form of the upper partsof the coach body profile, end parts (6) and strengthening rings (3) in the form of the coach body profile as well as entry and end wall parts (7, 8). The floor and sealing parts (1, 2) and the end parts (6), entry parts (7) and end wall parts (8) are arranged in a row and connected to one another by means of the strengthening rings (3) arranged at the buffer points. In order to increase the rigidity of the coach body, upper and lower longitudinal members (4, 5) are provided which are securely anchored to the end parts (6). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei diesem Wagenkasten können mittels vorfabrizierter, baukastenartig gestalteter Bauteile die Herstellungskosten gesenkt und der Fahrzeuggrundriss variiert werden. Zu diesem Zweck sind Gruppen von aus Kunststoff geformten Bauteilen jeweils gleicher Form und Abmessungen vorgesehen. Die einzelnen Gruppen umfassen Bodenteile (1) in Form des unteren Teiles des Wagenkastenprofiles, Deckenteile (2) in Form des oberen Teiles des Wagenkastenprofiles, Endteile (6) und Ringspanten (3) in Form des Wagenkastenprofiles sowie Einstieg- und Stirnwandteile (7, 8). Die Boden- und Deckenteile (1, 2) sowie die Endteile (6), Einstiegteile (7) und Stirnwandteile (8) werden aneinandergereiht und mittels der an den Stossstellen angeordneten Ringspanten (3) miteinander verbunden. Zwecks Erhöhung der Wagenkastensteifigkeit sind obere- und untere Längsträger (4, 5) vorgesehen, die mit den Endteilen (6) fest verankert sind. <IMAGE>
