Abstract (en)
The essence of the method of producing a deactivable resonant circuit is essentially that, to treat the resonant circuit with a view to subsequent deactivation, the two capacitor surfaces are moved towards one another by means of a heated plunger. The heated plunger melts the dielectric underneath the plunger and the two capacitor surfaces are short-circuited. By applying a certain current/voltage source, this short-circuit is removed again by burning off, producing a crater-like hole in the thinner capacitor surface. This achieves the condition which makes short-circuiting possible in a subsequent deactivation. After the treatment, the electrical connection between the two capacitor surfaces should be disconnected and should only be permanently formed when the tag is in a deactivation station.

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines deaktivierbaren Schwingkreises besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass zur Präparierung des Schwingkreises im Hinblick auf die spätere Deaktivierung die beiden Kondensatorflächen mittels eines beheizten Stössels lokal gegeneinander bewegt werden, wobei durch den beheizten Stössel das Dielektrikum (1) unterhalb des Stössels schmilzt und die beiden Kondensatorflächen (2,3) kurzgeschlossen werden. Durch Anlegen einer bestimmten Strom/Spannungsquelle wird dieser Kurzschluss durch Abbrennen wieder entfernt wobei in der dünneren Kondensatorfläche ein kraterartiges Loch (6) entsteht. Damit ist der Zustand erreicht, welcher bei einer späteren Deaktivierung ein Kurzschliessen erlaubt. Nach der Präparierung soll die elektrische Verbindung zwischen den beiden Kondensatorflächen unterbrochen sein und diese dauernd erst gebildet werden, wenn sich die Etikette in einer Deaktivierungsstation befindet. <IMAGE>
