[origin: JPH05154263A] PURPOSE: To prevent a product defect due to a tape feed speed by correcting control signals to a motor control circuit depending on a rotation speed displayed by a signal so as to establish fixed relation between a stitch interval and the feed of a member. CONSTITUTION: This sewing machine is provided with a feeder 3 for feeding the member B to the presser 5 of the sewing machine depending on the rotation speed of a sewing machine driving device, a position sensor 6 is connected to the sewing machine driving device and a signal processor 8 processes the signals generated by the position sensor 6 and sends the control signals to a motor controller 12. A correction device 10 corrects the control signals to the motor controller 12 depending on the rotation speed of the sewing machine displayed by the signals so as to establish the fixed relation between the stitch interval and the feed of the member B over the entire range of the rotation speed of the sewing machine driving device. In this case, the correction device 10 supplies one correction rate K(n) depending on the rotation speed to the control signal or the signal sent out by the position sensor 6.

Bei einem Nähautomaten zum Annähen von Bändern an Stoffteile ist eine das Band dosiert liefernde Dosiervorrichtung (3) elektronisch mit der Nähmaschine über einen als Impulsgeber ausgebildeten Weggeber (6), eine Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (8) und einen Motor, z.B. Schrittmotor (SM) gekoppelt. Die von der Dosiervorrichtung gelieferte Bandmenge pro Zeiteinheit hängt von der Drehzahl ab. Andererseits ist die Stichlänge der Nähmaschine jedoch nicht unabhängig von der Drehzahl, sondern wird mit zunehmender Drehzahl größer. Die dadurch entstehenden, unerwünschten Spannungen zwischen Stoffteil einerseits und Band andererseits werden vermieden durch eine Korrektureinrichtung (10) zwischen dem Impulsgeber (6) der Nähmaschine (2) und der Treiberschaltung (12) des Schrittmotors (SM) der Dosiervorrichtung (3). Die Korrekturvorrichtung sorgt dafür, daß die an die Treiberschaltung (12) gelangenden Steuersignale bei höheren Nähmamaschinendrehzahlen eine korrigierte, überhöhte Dosierung des Bandes bewirken. Diese Korrektur ist nicht nur bei Bändern möglich, sondern allgemein bei Elementen, die abhängig von der Drehzahl des Maschinenantriebs relativ zum Drückerfuß transportiert werden. <IMAGE>
