The invention relates to a process for the fabrication of a reusable lithographic printing form (1) with a printing image deposit (2), a process for removing the printing image deposit (2) and a printing unit for carrying it out. The printing image deposit (2) on the surface of a printing form (1) is produced by using a nozzle to spray the printing form (1) with a liquid medium containing a component which can be dissolved by heating. The printing image deposit (2) is melted on the surface of the printing form (1) by means of an induction heater (5). After a printing process has been carried out, the printing image deposit (2) is removed by the induction heater (5) by supplying a higher power. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wiederverwendbaren lithographischen Druckform (1) mit einem Druckbildniederschlag (2), ein Verfahren zum Entfernen des Druckbildniederschlags (2) und ein Druckwerk zur Durchführung der Verfahren. Der Druckbildniederschlag (2) auf der Oberfläche einer Druckform (1) wird dadurch gebildet, daß aus einer Düse ein flüssiges Medium auf die Druckform (1) aufgesprüht wird, das eine durch Wärme lösliche Komponente aufweist. Der Druckbildniederschlag (2) wird auf der Oberfläche der Druckform (1) mittels einer Induktionsheizung (5) aufgeschmolzen. Nach Ausführung eines Druckprozesses wird der Druckbildniederschlag (2) von der Induktionsheizung (5) unter Zuführung einer höheren Leistung entfernt. <IMAGE>
