Abstract (en)
The automatic exchange of sliver cans at the spinning stations of a spinning machine is already carried out by means of can transport carriages. These receive the cans filled with sliver at a can-loading station and transport them to the spinning machine. There, they exchange the sliver cans which have run empty for cans filled with sliver at the spinning stations requiring them. The can transport carriages are to take up as little traffic area as possible and, at the same time, allow a rapid and effective can exchange. It is proposed, according to the invention, that the turntable (24) on the can transport carriage (16) have three standing places (A, B, C) for cans which each take up a 120 degree sector about the centre axis (25) of the turntable, that the can transport carriage (16) always carry with it only two cans, so that an empty standing place (C) is available, and that, during the travel of the can transport carriage (16), the standing places (A, B) occupied by cans (32, 33) are arranged one behind the other in the direction of travel. <IMAGE>

Der automatische Wechsel von Faserbandkannen an den Spinnstellen einer Spinnmaschine wird bereits mit Hilfe von Kannentranpsortwagen durchgeführt. Diese übernehmen die mit Faserband gefüllten Kannen an einer Kannenladestation und transportieren sie zu der Spinnmaschine. Dort wechseln sie die leergelaufenen Faserbandkannen gegen mit Faserband gefüllte Kannen an den anfordernden Spinnstellen aus. Die Kannentransportwagen sollen möglichst wenig Verkehrsfläche beanspruchen und gleichzeitig einen schnellen und effektiven Kannenwechsel erlauben. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Drehtisch (24) auf dem Kannentransportwagen (16) drei Stellplätze (A, B , C) für Kannen aufweist, die je einen 120 Grad-Sektor um die Mittelachse (25) des Drehtisches einnehmen, daß der Kannentransportwagen (16) stets nur zwei Kannen mit sich führt, so daß ein leerer Stellplatz (C) vorhanden ist, und daß während der Fahrt des Kannentransportwagens (16) die mit Kannen (32, 33) besetzten Stellplätze (A, B) in Fahrtrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
