The invention relates to an apparatus for collecting or stacking flat workpieces, conveyed on a transport cylinder provided with holding tongues, on a stacking table attached to the transport cylinder (30), the apparatus being provided with a device which opens the holding or folding tongues (13) before the setting-down table is reached, and with a device which brakes the workpieces, in such a way that the workpieces are set down on the stacking table at a lower speed than the peripheral speed of the transport or folding tongue cylinders. To solve the object of developing this apparatus further in such a way that workpieces or bags can be braked gently in such a way that they can be set down on the stacking table substantially without shocks, the braking device consists of a row of suction nipples or a suction belt which revolves at a lower speed than the transport or folding tongue cylinder.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Sammeln oder Stapeln von auf einem mit Haltezangen versehenen Transportzylinder geförderten flachen Werkstücken auf einem an den Transportzylinder (30) angestellten Stapeltisch, die mit einer die Halte- oder Falzzangen (13) vor Erreichen des Ablagetisches öffnenden Einrichtung und mit einer die Werkstücke abbremsenden Einrichtung in der Weise versehen ist, daß die Werkstücke mit einer geringeren Geschwindigkeit als der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Transport- oder Falzzangenzylinders auf den Stapeltisch abgesetzt werden. Zur Lösung der Aufgabe, diese Vorrichtung derart weiterzubilden, daß sich mit ihr Werkstücke oder Beutel schonend in der Weise abbremsen lassen, daß sie im wesentlichen stoßfrei auf den Stapeltisch abgesetzt werden können, besteht die Bremseinrichtung aus einer Saugerreihe oder einem Saugband, die oder das mit geringerer Geschwindigkeit umläuft als der Transport- oder Falzzangenzylinder.
