[origin: WO9216679A1] A shedding device for a textile machine contains two lifting blades (41) which move to and fro antagonistically, two traction elements which can be engaged and disengaged with the lifting blades (41), an insertion device (31) with a wedge-shaped basic shape in the path of the traction elements, whose sloping surfaces are opposite the traction elements and which swivels the traction elements with respect to the lifting blade in the lower shed position, and two guide devices (43, 44) which guide the traction elements (42) relative to the insertion device in a defined air gap layer not greater than 1 mm at the edge of the base of the electromagnet. As a result of this defined position and of the insertion and withdrawal of the traction elements from the lower shed position, the power of the electromagnets and of the shedding machine can generally be markedly reduced with a reliable switching function at high frequency up to 2500 min?-1.

Le dispositif de formation de la foule comporte deux couteaux de levée (41) mobiles de haut en bas, en sens opposé, deux organes de traction pouvant être mis en ou hors prise avec les couteaux de levée (41), un dispositif d'introduction (31) ayant une base en forme de coin sur le trajet des organes de traction et servant à faire pivoter les organes de traction par rapport aux couteaux de levée dans la position de foule basse, les faces inclinées de la base en forme de coin faisant face aux organes de traction, et deux dispositifs de guidage (43, 44) au moyen desquels les organes de traction (42) sont guidés par rapport au dispositif d'introduction dans un entrefer défini sur l'arête de base de l'électro-aimant, de 1 mm au maximum. Grâce à cette position définie ainsi qu'à l'introduction et au retrait des organes de traction à partir de la position de foule basse, il est en général possible de réduire fortement la puissance des électro-aimants et de la machine de formation de la foule, avec une fonction de commutation fiable à haute fréquence allant jusqu'à 2500 min-1.
